Job Description
As a Global Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees of international companies in critical situations, providing calm, empathetic, and professional support. You will answer calls and emails, process cases, and coordinate with medical or security experts to ensure people receive the right help quickly.
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and dealing with people
- Very good German and English (at least C1)
- Calm, empathy, and decision-making strength in exceptional situations
- Willingness to work shifts
- Experience in customer service, call centers, emergency services, assistance, insurance, or similar areas (plus, not a must)
