Global Security Operations Center Operator

We are seeking an experienced and reliable SOC Analyst with a focus on CCTV and alarm monitoring to join the Crisis24 team. The ideal candidate will have sharp situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in a Security Operations Analyst role
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience
• Interest or direct experience in Intelligence, Security Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security, Emergency Management
• Well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies
• Competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Successful client management experience
• Demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts both days, swing, and nights
