Job Description
We are seeking a GSOC Analyst to join our team. As a GSOC Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring global events, camera and alarm monitoring, internal and external communications, and responding to alerts from security systems and tools. You will also conduct investigations, create intelligence packages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field, or 2 years of prior GSOC experience
- Proven experience in a security operations center (SOC), emergency dispatch, or a similar real-time monitoring environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using various security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control software, and incident management platforms
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
