Legal Contracts Manager

Crisis24 is seeking a talented Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contracting, support key corporate governance activities, manage projects and coordinate litigation matters. The role will manage complex commercial agreements and support employment law and dispute matters.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in contracts management and/or supporting an employment law function in an in-house legal department or law firm
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements with customers and/or vendors in regulated or operationally intensive environments
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment litigation procedures
• Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment and taking ownership of projects
• Ability and willingness to learn new tasks outside of areas of expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, document and matter management systems, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
