SEMI is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their in-house legal team. The role will serve as the primary owner of commercial contracting operations, responsible for the day-to-day contracting process and the buildout of a scalable contracting infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of commercial contract provisions, legal principles and contracting best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proven ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Experience designing, implementing or administering contracting processes or legal operations infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms and related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law, English, Political Science or Business Administration or equivalent/relevant work experience
