- 5+ years of experience in Executive Protection, ERT, PSD, or RST
- Valid CA Exposed Firearm Permit and Guard Card
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard
