Dishwasher

The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in cleanliness, consistency, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, trash, and recycling areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (health department standards)
• Support BOH team with light cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash runs)
• Assist with basic kitchen organization and restocking as needed
• Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment at all times
