Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team, provide exceptional guest experience, and manage FOH and BOH operations. You will be responsible for creating a positive culture, recruiting and hiring talent, and motivating the team to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- 3 years previous management/supervisory experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
