Job Description
CRISP & GREENTM is seeking a talented Market Leader to add to our team. The Market Leader is responsible for providing direction and executing operational processes and procedures for multiple Crisp & Green restaurants in the mid-Atlantic region.
Requirements
- 5+ years restaurant management required
- 1-2+ years multi-unit experience preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Desire to learn and develop internally
- Enjoy and thrive working in fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a purpose
- Successfully communicate to serve as a role model to the Crisp Crew
- Strong background in training and development
- Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the restaurant teams
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
