Job Description
The Paramedic is responsible for operating emergency vehicles, providing emergency care and treatment to patients, and responding to emergency services. The Paramedic must be licensed and certified in Paramedicine and have up to one year of EMT work-related experience.
Requirements
- Requires a high school education and the successful completion of EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate, AEMT and Paramedic training programs
- Requires up to one year of EMT work-related experience
- Requires and maintains current state license as a Paramedic
- Requires and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support Certifications (ACLS)
