We are looking for a driven Category Manager Vers Bereid & Delicatessen with a passion for everything related to food. As a Category Manager at Crisp, you will ensure that our assortment not only seamlessly aligns with our brand identity but also contributes to a healthy growth of our business.
Requirements
- HBO/WO degree
- 5+ years of work experience in category management or as a buyer in a commercial and analytical environment
- Experience with food production or a fresh category is a plus
- Creative and able to develop and realize a good product concept
- Strong commercial instinct and know how to turn market opportunities into results
- Good negotiation skills
- Analytical and numerically strong
- Hands-on mentality: assertive, results-oriented, and high self-starting ability
- Affinity with food and passion for building a successful assortment
- Team player who can easily switch and connect with different stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
