Job Description
The 2026 Camps Summer Staff is responsible for the wellbeing of student campers who attend Miracle Ranch. The role involves providing servant leadership, relationships, and teamwork to create an unforgettable experience for campers. The staff member will assist in recreation and program areas, embodying CRISTA's mission to fearlessly declare the Gospel and lead generations to follow Jesus.
Requirements
- Belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior
- High School diploma or GED required
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly to others
- Ability to work collaboratively with all Camps staff and customers
Benefits
- Paid stipend ($250-$350 per week)
