Job Description
Analyze customers' production scenarios, lead MES system implementation, train end users, and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in MES (or related systems) within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong structured thinking and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and technical writing abilities.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; strong reading and writing skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required by project needs.
- Prior experience leading or participating in end-to-end MES implementation projects is preferred.
- Industry experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or medical devices is a plus.
