Director of User Experience

We are looking for a Director of User Experience to lead our UX and Product Design team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8+ years of related industry experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and demonstrated expertise in UX/Product Strategy and visual design/art direction.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of related industry experience in UX, Product Design, Visual Design, Digital Product, new media, information technology, communications, or adjacent creative disciplines
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory/management role leading UX/Design teams
• Demonstrated expertise in both UX/Product Strategy AND visual design/art direction
• Experience designing and optimizing user experiences across owned and third-party platforms
• Proven experience designing with AI in mind
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools
• Strong expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, visual excellence, and expertise across digital platforms
