Job Description
The Director of User Experience is a rare leader who thinks like a strategist and an artist. They must be fluent in UX and design, with expertise in AI and conversational interfaces. The role demands someone who can juggle multiple complex projects, bridge disciplines, and champion the user's voice.
Requirements
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of UX and Product Designers
- Guide and mentor UX and product design team members
- Champion the user's perspective and ensure all UX and design deliverables demonstrate visual excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creative teammates and clients
- Act as an account lead and facilitate design and brainstorming workshops
- Partner with media teams and platforms to design compelling interface experiences
- Lead the integration of AI design principles and tools into projects
- Develop and champion AI-influenced user experiences
- Oversee multiple high-visibility client projects and collaborate with leadership and creative leads
- Lead recruiting and resourcing efforts and coach direct reports
