As a Director of Marketing Science, you will lead end-to-end measurement strategy, develop measurement plans, and analyze performance across all channels. You will also supervise and develop a passionate team, exposing them to all Marketing Science sub-disciplines. Our team works from the Toronto office on Mondays and Thursdays.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the marketing industry
- 5+ years focused on media analytics
- 5+ years in the online measurement industry managing teams
- Strong collaboration, project management, and team building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to distill large quantities of information into clear and concise insights
- Proficiency in current issues and trends within the online marketing industry
- Experience in leading an organization's testing program
- Expert understanding of the media landscape
- Knowledge of traditional, digital, and search advertising
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker (or similar BI tools)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
