Marketing Science Lead to lead execution on account and office-level vision and priorities, bringing forward Marketing Science projects, deliverables, and related work across a broad range of initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to identify, build, and lead teams to solve complex problems
- Experience with at least two and deep understanding of at least four of the following: Data architecture, Automated data ingestion and reporting, Data science and statistical programming, Testing and personalization, Data visualization, Website platform implementation
- Ability to excel in data storytelling as well as leading junior team members to translate findings into clear and actionable insights
- Experience in business development, from shaping analytics content, to providing recommendations on methodology and technology, to estimating level of effort, to casting appropriately
- Ability to give feedback and polish presentations for delivery as well as able to give upper-level presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and team building skills, with the ability to foster a cohesive and effective work environment, and the responsibility to proactively check-in and report on team members' needs
- Ability to oversee and polish communication to meet client expectations and business objectives for decision making purpose; ability to communicate effectively with senior clients
- Hard Skills: Advanced understanding of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, media tools and excellent understanding of how to navigate challenges, Advanced level knowledge and working experience of Agency technology
