The Senior Designer is responsible for creating high-quality digital and CRM-focused creative solutions that support customer communications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital design, CRM creative, or email marketing design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, CRM/email design, and brand system work
- Advanced expertise in Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and responsive digital design principles
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and scalable design systems
- Strong attention to detail and versioning/production accuracy, especially in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively
- Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1)
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, and similar platforms
- Experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing or email marketing campaigns highly preferred
- Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
