Job Description
This position is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for patients, managing clinical activities, and supervising nursing and ancillary personnel. The LPN will assume responsibility for implementing the Plan of Care, coordinating with Case Managers, and providing direct patient care as described in state regulations.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid and current CPR Certification
- Valid and current License Practical Nurse license in the state of practice
