Demand Planner

The Demand Planner for HEYDUDE is responsible for owning and coordinating the mid- to long-term demand plan for an assigned sales channel within the Americas region, working in a highly collaborative environment to support profitable growth and strong in-stock performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning and Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning, preferably in a multi-channel apparel or footwear environment
• Hands-on experience with inventory planning and service-level management
• Experience working within Merchandising Financial Planning (MFP) and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including strong analytical and modeling capabilities
• Demand planning systems and SAP experience are preferred
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
