Job Description
The Director, Footwear Product Development is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals. Requirements
- 10+ years of development and sourcing experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Proven record of success at other globally recognized footwear brands
- Strong communication abilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Technical understanding and proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management software
- Ability to travel domestically or globally as required
