Requirements

• 2-3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates who have already held store management positions
• Proven leadership skills, with a willingness to question, take ownership, and achieve results as a team
• Proven communication skills in local language and English (written and oral) to successfully communicate with the store team, operations directors, district managers, and business partners
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, regular presence is essential
• A genuine passion for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences for all customers
• A proactive approach to accomplish tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and various Point of Sale (POS) systems
