Job Description
Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to drive traffic and brand impact across HEYDUDE's owned retail outlets and Icon store. The role will lead integrated retail marketing planning and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in brand and/or retail marketing
- Strong background in brand marketing with demonstrated expertise in creative briefing and campaign execution
