As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you'll deliver outstanding consumer experiences, champion a positive team culture, and assist in all store departments to create a seamless shopping experience. You'll work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives and serve as a brand ambassador for Crocs.
Requirements

- Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
- Actively assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
- Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
- Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
