The Sr. Merchandise Planner, Personalization will lead merchandise planning strategy for the Personalization category, using analytics to drive profitable growth and inventory efficiency. The role requires a strong strategic point of view, outstanding communication, and the ability to influence outcomes throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of planning experience (assortment, demand, supply, or merchandise) in a multichannel setting
- Direct-to-consumer experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated experience in developing and innovating processes in a fast-growing business
- Proven ability to successfully work in a highly cross-functional, fast paced environment
