Team Lead, Sales Part Time

As a Team Leader at Crocs, you'll deliver outstanding consumer experiences, champion a positive team culture, and lead by example on the sales floor. You'll also assist in all store departments, manage day-to-day team activities, and serve as a brand ambassador.

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Manage day-to-day team activities within your assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-up
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
