We are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. This role acts as a bridge between internal users and development teams, combining application support and technical collaboration.
Requirements
- User guidance and support regarding the use of the tools, including the GUI and the web service
- Assistance with monitoring and reacting to the functional mailbox
- Follow-up of incidents, user requests and bug reports
- Management and follow-up of user requests
- Coordination of wiki sites, collaborative sites or social networks
- Guidance regarding the use of eTranslation and its related suite of tools as a service and through the API
- Participation in user, service and project meetings
- Elaboration and implementation of relevant support processes
- Attending technical meetings with users
