The European Commission is looking for a Business Analyst to perform various tasks such as analysis of business requirements, documentation, and business process analysis. The position is located in Brussels and relocation is mandatory.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of information systems matters
- Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques
- Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Rapid self-starting capability

- Knowledge in analysing customer segments
- Good knowledge of project management standards and methodogies
- Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
- Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools and Microsoft Office Tools
- Usage of project management tools: MS Project
- Very good knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Visio, RUP, JIRA
- Ability to give business and technical presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
