We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen the Cronos Europa team, with responsibilities including team coordination, process definition, and technical skills such as AI and data governance.
Requirements
- Support and coordinate the activities of maintenance and operational teams
- Plan, organize and monitor team activities, workloads and deliverables
- Act as the main point of contact between operational teams and stakeholders
- Define and implement project management, service management and collaboration tools
- Establish and formalise operational and maintenance processes
- Promote best practices in software maintenance and operational support
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to the redaction, review and maintenance of technical documentation
- Ensure documentation consistency and completeness
- Coordinate with security officers and technical experts
