The Client Service Manager / Spanish is responsible for managing a team, developing action plans, and collaborating with the Regional Manager.
Requirements
- Education: MÃn. Bac 2y +
- Successful experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and coordination skills.
- Quality: interpersonal skills/Stress management: knowing how to manage complex or conflictual situations
- Organization and planning: Good management and distribution of tasks
- Data analysis: Ability to monitor KPI's, ability to interpret performance indicators
- Languages: good command of English and Spanish, mastery of other foreign languages ​​is an asset
