We are hiring Customer Success Managers (CSM) to join a large, international team in Athens. As a CSM, you will support Croatian-speaking customers with booking-related inquiries, provide clear and professional communication, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken)
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and guidelines
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
