Job Description
We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international company providing exceptional service to clients across Europe. In this position, you will assist customers via phone, chat, or email — helping them solve issues, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (for internal communication and training)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Based in Greece or open to relocating
