Danish Customer Support Agent - Lisbon - LIS1

We are recruiting Danish Customer Support Agents to work in Lisbon, Portugal. As a customer support agent, you will provide high-quality service to customers of a global leader in Portugal. Your role will involve answering phone inquiries, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate data input.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (C2 Level or Native)
• Good knowledge of English (B1 level)
• Typing Speed: 20 words per minute
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Good computer skills
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Good time management skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
