Job Description
We are seeking a native German speaker to join our multilingual team as a customer service representative. The role involves delivering high-quality support to German-speaking customers across multiple channels. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided.
Requirements
- Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2 or mother tongue level)
- Good working knowledge of English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work full-time on a rotating shift pattern (including some evenings and weekends)
- EU citizenship or a valid right to work in Greece
