Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with fluency in German and strong proficiency in English to shape user safety policies and ensure their fair implementation. The role requires compassion, clarity, and confidence to act in a fast-moving platform used by millions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and strong proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
- Ability to assess sensitive content thoughtfully and objectively
- Strong emotional resilience and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in trust & safety, moderation, or compliance (not essential)
