Cross Border Talents is hiring freelance Talent Sourcers to recruit fresh-entry and mid-level candidates for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe and North Africa.
Requirements
- Fluent English (interviews in English)
- 6+ months of recruitment/talent sourcing experience
- Proficient with sourcing tools, job boards & networks
- 30+ hrs/week availability
- Resilient, positive, target-driven, financially secure (pay per hire, no fixed salary)
- Not currently working with any recruitment agency
