Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bulgarian (C1) and English (C1), with excellent grammar skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech environment.
- Moderation Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards and legal frameworks related to content moderation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy while managing large volumes of content.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for providing clear feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Experience with machine learning-based tools is a plus.
