Requirements
- C1+ Portuguese speaker, with English at B2 level
- Comfortable with computers and fast typing (MS Office skills a plus)

- Prior customer service experience is welcome but not mandatory
- Able to work full-time on 24/7 rotative shifts, including nights and weekends
