Job Description
The Operations Business Unit Manager's mission is to support team leaders in reaching objectives, notably in terms of operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The manager will also monitor and ensure the proper management of local topics, including business-transversal ones, but also HR and staff-related.
Requirements
- Advanced degree, ideally a Master or MBA, with proven Management experience in complex and fast paced companies
- Knowledge/experience in service delivery, KPIs and budget monitoring
- Capacity to identify, alert and prevent risks related to global framework of service delivery
- Knowledge of the automobile industry would be a big advantage
- Minimum B2 level in French & English is mandatory, other languages are also a strong plus
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate stakeholders in a cross functional environment
