We are looking for Polish native speakers or fluent with a good command in English to work as a Customer Support Specialist in a call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal.
Requirements
- Native or Proficient Polish (C1 - C2) and fluent English (minimum level B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a tourism/travel representative is a plus
