Recruiter Allied

Cross Country is looking for a Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals, as well as executing independent recruiting strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Effective phone presentation, excellent problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and customer service
• Ability to collaborate with all people/aspects of selling cycle to achieve all goals
