Consultant - Indonesia

CrossBoundary is recruiting a consultant to lead transaction teams focused on unlocking private capital in Indonesia. The consultant will oversee mandate execution in pipeline building, investment facilitation, commercial due diligence, and market studies.

Requirements

• Lead business development across multiple channels
• Provide continuous client coverage of private capital investors, development finance institutions, corporates, and other relevant organizations
• Manage relationships with key CrossBoundary clients
• Investment target identification and screening
• Detailed commercial due diligence/vendor due diligence
• Market assessment and ongoing market analysis
• Project management of complex transactions and team members
