Join our rapidly growing Accounting Advisory practice as an Associate Director and serve as a trusted partner to clients across various industries. As a leader, you will be responsible for client delivery, team management, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advisory and controllership roles for commercial or PE-backed portfolio companies
- 2+ years of hands-on Controllership experience in emerging growth middle market organizations and/or PE-backed portfolio companies
- Strong foundation in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm)
- Hands-on experience with various ERP systems and tools
- Ability to leverage AI and automation to optimize accounting processes
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and leading teams
