Job Description
CrossCountry Consulting’s growing Cyber Risk practice is seeking an Associate Director to drive growth of our client base, lead complex client engagements, and improve our capabilities. We are looking for passionate self-starters who enjoy learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in consulting or equivalent companies
- Experience with major cybersecurity frameworks and standards, and tools and technologies
- Experience delivering security solutions across major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) platforms
- Experience with Identity & Access Management technology, implementations, and transformation
- Experience with cyber testing and resilience around Incident Response, BCP/DR, Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management and Threat Modeling
- Experience leading teams and project managing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
