Join CrossCountry Consulting as an Associate Director – FP&A in our Private Equity practice. As a trusted partner to our clients, you'll deliver tailored integrated solutions to help them solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. You'll lead teams, develop junior team members, and participate in business development activities.
Requirements
- 9+ years’ experience in FP&A and/or restructuring & turnaround in a client facing role
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with significant experience building complex financial models
- Advanced expertise of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data analytics and related tools a plus
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
