Job Description
We are seeking a Director FP&A Private Equity to join our rapidly growing Private Equity practice. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, delivering tailored integrated solutions to help them solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior FP&A and/or consulting experience
- Significant exposure to middle-market Private Equity owned businesses
- Experience building, mentoring, and setting standards for high-performing FP&A teams
- Diverse industry experience
- Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, debt structures & covenant reporting, value creation plans and exit and diligence processes
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in leading and implementing best practices to optimize finance functions
- Experience with or significant exposure to various data analytics tools
- Comfort with AI
- Continuous Learning Mindset
- Proven ability to generate leads from a network outside of existing client work
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
