We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own CrossCountry's digital presence, paid search program, and broader paid media ecosystem. This role is central to how the firm shows up online, managing the website, driving search performance, and growing our digital footprint.
Requirements
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered digital marketing tools, with a curiosity to continuously explore what's next
- Demonstrated experience managing a corporate website, including hands-on WordPress proficiency
- Strong paid search expertise, including campaign strategy, bid management, and performance reporting
- Familiarity with programmatic and third-party digital advertising, including campaign execution and vendor management
- Solid understanding of how paid and organic search work together, including SEO principles and how AI-powered tools are reshaping the search landscape
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
- Detail-oriented and structured, with a track record of owning programs end to end
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
