We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our Los Angeles Team as a Business Development Executive. The primary role of this position will be to generate new project opportunities by leveraging existing partnerships, networking, identifying target clients, meeting with clients, and working with our delivery teams to sell CrossCountry services.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy and process
- Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Identify new target leads and facilitate proposing and closing new business opportunities
- Support the leadership team in cross-selling additional services to existing clients
- Collaborate with leaders across all service lines to craft and implement targeted go-to-market strategies
- Proactively engage with your network to drive business development
- Plan and execute unique, high-impact business development networking events
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members
- Use pipeline data to make informed decisions regarding business development strategies and tactics
- Provide regular, detailed reports on pipeline status
