Requirements
- Cultivate relationships and serve as a subject matter expert
- Conduct interviews with clients to evaluate current state pain points and opportunities
- Leverage expertise in NetSuite and other technologies to evaluate and implement tailored solutions
- Support the development of implementation strategies and lead execution of key phases
- Oversee project administration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solution roadmaps
- Mentor team members by coaching colleagues and providing regular ongoing feedback
- Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
