Senior Salesforce Developer

Join our rapidly growing Salesforce practice as a Senior Salesforce Developer and serve as a trusted partner to our clients. Design, develop, and revise custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, troubleshoot errors, and solve Salesforce process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Apex and Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST and SOAP API integrations, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce automation tools, 3rd Party Apps, Mulesoft Platform
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead technical sessions with end users
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
• Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
